Now that we've settled in a bit here, it's time to get back in the mailbag groove.
I'm planning to make mailbag columns a regular AG.com feature, because I enjoy writing them and, as I learned at The Athletic, you really enjoy reading them.
It's a great way to discuss a wide range of Twins topics that might not otherwise warrant a standalone article. I also like the interactive nature of them because it allows readers to basically choose the topics being covered. Plus, part of the fun is questions that push me to write about stuff I'd never think of on my own.
So, here's how it'll work: Every couple weeks, you'll receive a notice like this one asking everyone to send in mailbag questions. You can do that by posting them in the article's comments, which are limited to paying AG.com subscribers as a way to keep out the riffraff and foster quality discussion. (It's worked well so far.)
I'll go through your questions from the comments section and select a bunch to answer in a mailbag column a few days later. Simple enough, right? And the more (and more interesting) questions you submit — about the Twins or whatever else is on your mind — the better this whole thing will be.
